We are seeking a driven and proactive Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team at WallStJobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Evaluate client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies, including home, auto, and business insurance.
  • Clearly present and explain policy details, benefits, and coverage to clients.
  • Support clients with renewals, endorsements, and the claims process.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
