ROLE SUMMARY
The Recovery Lounge Associate is essential in delivering an outstanding front-line experience for our members and visitors. This role is pivotal in shaping the initial impression of our facility, ensuring that every individual who enters feels welcomed and supported.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a vital member of the Recovery Lounge, your responsibilities will include:
- Staying informed about all Recovery services and current promotions.
- Engaging with new members to facilitate their access to complimentary services.
- Providing guidance to members and guests on services tailored to help them achieve their wellness objectives.
- Promoting sales and ensuring the Lounge is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively market packages and retail items.
- Assisting with the operation, maintenance, and rebooting of Cryotherapy chambers and tanks.
- Verifying that all members and guests check in and possess active memberships.
- Processing dues and updating billing information as required.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns from members and guests.
- Reporting issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Contributing to the maintenance of cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Providing support to other departments as needed.
- Participating in all mandatory meetings.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of Cowboys Fit, including its services and promotions.
- Remaining knowledgeable about policies and guidelines as outlined in the Member Services and Recovery Playbook.
