About the Role:

Teleperformance USA is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Moderator to join our team. As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our clients' online content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content on our clients' platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to content, adhering to agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards.
  • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the role.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes, policies, and products.

Requirements:

  • Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial platforms.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate or explicit.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Availability to work various shifts and flexibility in meeting changing business demands.
