Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality, process-based tailored training that promotes NetSuite standard processes.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to help them build product knowledge, increase user adoption, and achieve return on investment.
  • Develop custom curriculum and materials, including written and eLearning tutorials, to meet customer training needs.
  • Deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption, including instructor-led onsite and virtual end-user training.
  • Partner with the implementation team to assess customer training needs and develop training solutions.
  • Provide additional services such as Train-the-Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post-Go Live Support Training.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud-based software or related professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
  • Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills.
  • Resourceful, motivated, and competitive with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude.
  • Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP and standard business practices.
