Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis center, where you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing (A.D.N., B.S.N., or diploma from an accredited program)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred, but not required
