Executive Line Cook

Key Responsibilities- Carry out day-to-day operations of running a station on the line, ensuring your station is fully prepped for service and properly breaking down station at the end of the shift.
- Work with Chefs to ensure a quality product is being put out to the guests.
- Take on additional responsibilities as delegated to build toward becoming Junior Sous.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Excellent knife and cooking skills.
- ROCK STAR WHO WANTS TO LEARN ALL OF OUR SYSTEMS AND WORK TOWARDS YOUR FIRST SOUS POSITION.
