Job Overview

Park & Grove is a chef-driven seasonal neighborhood restaurant that serves its community, guests, farmers, and suppliers. We strive to nourish, energize, and inspire a sense of belonging with all who join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day operations of running a station on the line, ensuring your station is fully prepped for service and properly breaking down station at the end of the shift.
  • Work with Chefs to ensure a quality product is being put out to the guests.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as delegated to build toward becoming Junior Sous.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Excellent knife and cooking skills.
  • ROCK STAR WHO WANTS TO LEARN ALL OF OUR SYSTEMS AND WORK TOWARDS YOUR FIRST SOUS POSITION.
