Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role involves implementing and configuring Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HR technologies, particularly in the areas of UKG Pro WFM and Workday HCM/Payroll. They should be able to develop working relationships with internal business owners and stakeholders to understand and document enterprise accruals and timekeeping business requirements.

We are looking for a self-starter who can transition accruals from Workday to UKG Pro WFM, troubleshoot UKG Accruals configurations, and implement Accruals and Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Pro WFM. The successful candidate will also have experience with system integration, configuration, testing, and deployment.

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with team members across divisions. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $65-70 per hour based on the location and job requirements.

Description: Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Implementation Specialist to implement and configure Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop critical working relationships with internal business owners and key stakeholders to understand and document enterprise accruals and timekeeping business requirements;
  • Participate in program as a accruals and timekeeping SME representing the identified business stakeholders;
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with key business users in all aspects of analysis, design, testing, and deployment for system integration with Workday;
  • Support configuration of the tool by CEI technology partners;
  • Develop test cases to be conducted during system testing and user acceptance testing phases;
  • Active participant in system testing; execute defined test cases and document test results; retest as necessary;
  • Participate in Parallel testing efforts and work to identify, and resolve discrepancies;
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key business stakeholders;
  • Work with the Training team to develop and roll out end user training materials for the new solution;
  • Support communication/change management and deployment / cutover activities for the project;
  • Provide Hypercare support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education;
  • 6+ years of experience with HR technologies, preferably in the HR and/or Shared Services environment;
  • Troubleshoot UKG Accruals configurations;
  • 3+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workday or other leading HCM solutions;
  • Familiarity with some other UKG Pro WFM functional areas: Attestation, Personas, Attendance, Mobile;
  • Strong understanding of how to run reports and dataviews in WFC and UKG Pro WFM;
  • UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM Accruals and Time & Attendance implementation experience;
  • Self-starter with experience implementing Accruals and Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Pro WFM;
  • Transitioning Accruals from Workday to UKG Pro WFM;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work with team members across divisions.
