Job Title: HRIS System Integration Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled HRIS System Integration Specialist. As part of our TIER4 GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and rolling out our ADP Employee Portal, ensuring seamless integration with other HR and business systems.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, particularly ADP & Workday. A strong understanding of HRIS processes, data management, and system integrations is essential. Previous experience with system implementations, data migrations, or integrations is highly preferred. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.), SQL or similar query languages is a plus. Experience with project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is also beneficial.

Responsibilities:
* ADP Employee Portal Build-Out: Collaborate with internal teams to configure and optimize the ADP Employee Portal, ensuring it meets organizational needs and enhances the employee experience.* Data Validation & Integration: Gather, cleanse, and validate HR data for integration into the ADP system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity prior to system migration.* System Integrations: Assist in integrating ADP with other HR and business systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time and attendance), facilitating the seamless exchange of data between systems and troubleshooting any integration issues that arise.* Go-Live Support: Support the HRIS team during the go-live phase of system integrations, ensuring all data, configurations, and customizations are working as expected, and providing immediate troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues.* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation on system configurations, data validation processes, and integration workflows, providing regular updates to HR leadership on the status of the project and any potential roadblocks.* User Training & Support: Assist in training HR and end-user teams on the ADP Employee Portal and other integrated systems, providing ongoing support post-launch to address any user concerns or system issues.* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements or process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the HRIS platform remains up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
