We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator I. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role.
Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator I, you will be instrumental in enhancing our recruitment processes and managing vendor relationships. This role is essential for streamlining recruitment efforts and ensuring alignment with our corporate talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management:
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with external recruitment vendors.
- Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular evaluations of vendor performance to ensure compliance with Boise Cascade's standards.
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly and effectively.
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in crafting job postings and managing advertisements across job boards.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Support onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and other internal teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment activities and vendor performance.
- Facilitate effective communication among candidates, hiring managers, and vendors to enhance the recruitment experience.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the manufacturing or building materials sector.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
