About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Amazon in Seattle. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Act as the point of reference for guests and Amazon employees, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a 5-star experience for all interactions.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of current and future scheduled events and maintenance.
  • Help resolve any escalations with guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a commitment to respecting everyone.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience using MS Office suite of products.
  • Ability to maintain composure and good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
  • Ability to frequently transport supplies between Amazon buildings, up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to move consistently within a 1.5 miles radius between several Amazon buildings.
