Job Summary

The Veterinary Hospital Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets. This role involves answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming waiting area.

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Hospital Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in ensuring their experience is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and maintain client files and medical records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions
