Tempositions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resources function for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete Human Resources function for the company, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Work closely with department managers to assist them in recruiting and hiring top talent.
  • Create policies and procedures that enable employees to work at an optimal level while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Maintain compliance for all employment-related matters, including workers' compensation, FMLA, and short-term disability programs.
  • Coordinate all internal benefits, working with outside parties to ensure employees are knowledgeable and participate in benefits programs.
  • Act as the key point person during open enrollment and assist employees with any issues.
  • Review all payroll reports, including PTO, sick time, and timecard issues.
  • Onboard employees and partner with managers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide employees with timely coaching, counseling, and feedback.
  • Comfortable presenting data to all levels of associates, peers, and the management team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
