Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Join the AC Hotels Greenville Downtown team as a Guest Service Agent and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a professional and gracious manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Serve Guests: Welcome guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, maintain eye contact, and use a positive and clear speaking voice.
  • Operational and Selling Techniques: Employ techniques to maximize occupancy levels and achieve the highest average rate possible, and ensure that staff does the same.
  • Cash Handling and Accounting: Maintain cash bank per accounting guidelines, comply with all accounting procedures, and adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain effective communication within Front Office and related departments, and with all hotel departments, and stay aware of issues relating to front office and general hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Language: Must speak, read, and understand English.
