Position Summary:

The Associate, Fund Accountant role is integral to the financial operations of the Enhanced Lending Fund and Cascade Private Capital Fund. This position focuses on accurate fund accounting and pricing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and refresh daily valuation schedules for investments in private equity funds, including preferred and common stock, as well as warrants, ensuring all capital activities, accruals, and valuation updates are accurately represented.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily position reports.
  • Integrate updated pricing, valuations, and valuation inputs into daily pricing documentation.
  • Produce and sustain daily and monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in the compilation of annual and semi-annual financial statements and quarterly investment schedules.
  • Support the preparation process for annual audits.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in auditing is advantageous.
  • Background in private equity investor accounting is also beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet stringent deadlines, and excellent communication skills are required.

Compensation Structure:

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus structure.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in the office.
