About the Job

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Housing Specialist II to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a Housing Specialist II, you will coordinate applicant referrals from internal and external partners, screen tenants for eligibility, and prioritize housing placements. You will also facilitate the completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants, maintain complete and accurate property files and records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory agreements for each property.

What You'll Need
  • MUST have a High School Diploma OR GED equivalent
  • ONE (1) to TWO (2) years experience working with property management or real estate office setting OR equivalent combination of relevant experience, training and/or higher education
