Position Overview

Current USA is a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. With a commitment to serving our community, we offer a range of innovative services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Compensation: $77,401.92 annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients utilizing standardized testing and clinical observation techniques.
  • Deliver speech and language therapy in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by program protocols.
  • Ensure all records are kept in a professional, confidential, and efficient manner.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including families.
  • Enhance professional skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Provide training to staff on communication strategies and programs.
  • Supervise the execution of communication initiatives in both day and residential environments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology from NYSED.
  • ASHA certification is preferred.
  • TSHH certification is preferred.
  • Experience with adults who have developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
