DXP Enterprises is committed to delivering exceptional service to our industrial clientele. We are currently seeking a skilled Pump Mechanic to enhance our operations. If you possess expertise in tube bending and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize manual machines to bend tubing according to precise specifications
  • Complete tubing processes including flaring, de-burring, and thorough cleaning
  • Conduct inspections of components to ensure they meet blueprint specifications
  • Install fittings on tubing and perform pipe cutting
  • Assemble motors and their respective stands
  • Align pumps with motors for optimal performance
  • Prepare equipment for dispatch
  • Engage in problem-solving and contribute to process enhancements
  • Consistently meet project deadlines
  • Be available for additional hours as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tube bending
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and utilizing measurement instruments
  • Capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Familiarity with machine tools and measuring devices

Additional Information:

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
Work Environment: Shop setting
Shift Schedule: Day shift with potential for overtime
Travel Requirements: None
