Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as mechanical repair or maintenance
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pump distribution or related service companies
  • Knowledge of bearings, seals, packing, motors, electrical wiring, pumps, tools, and general mechanical principles
  • Shop Mechanic experience with skills in equipment disassembly, inspection, report preparation, failure diagnosis, assembly and testing, accurate record-keeping, equipment and parts identification, and adherence to established policies and procedures
