Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABA Centers of America. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in healthcare with endless growth potential in a fast-moving organization that helps kids.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing the office, overseeing supply needs, handling communications, and planning certain functions. You will also act as the primary liaison among the company, staff, and office-building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.

In addition, you will oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the office, oversee supply needs, handle communications, and plan certain functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  2. Maintain facilities management, including space, cleanliness, relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

  3. Act as primary liaison among the company, staff, and office-building management to provide information, answer questions, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience to drive business success.

  5. Greet visitors warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued.

  6. Answer and direct phone calls promptly, fielding sales calls and taking messages as needed.

  7. Maintain office efficiency by arranging necessary repairs and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.

  8. Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes and sorting and distributing incoming mail to keep the office running smoothly.

  9. Schedule and track meetings and appointments, ensuring that all deadlines and commitments are met.

  10. Assist the Director of Operations with staff schedules, ensuring that coverage is adequate and that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High-school diploma
  • 2-5 Years of experience in administrative office functions preferred
  • Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
