Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage $100MM+ international transportation budget for ocean, air, and drayage modes.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet annual operating plan targets and goals.
  • Lead daily operational meetings, productivity and service projects, monthly carrier collaboration meetings, and monthly scorecard communication/management.
  • Develop and execute an annual bid with procurement, responsible for developing bid volumes and general requirements.
  • Ensure export regulatory compliance, including licenses, free trade, and declarations, and import compliance, including CTPAT and ISF.
  • Lead weekly meetings and QBR meetings with SSLs and NVOCCs, manage key operational and financial metrics, and facilitate daily operational needs for GY NA business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business, logistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years' experience in the supply chain/logistics field in a large, multi-national organization, including international transportation and import/export compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, confident communication, and strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analytical techniques.
  • Experience in CTPAT and international compliance.
