Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the airport, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues efficiently. This involves supervising a team of 6, assigning responsibilities, and performing tasks as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the activities of subordinates, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide flexible and open availability to work any shift throughout the day, including weekends and holidays.
  • Supervise the transportation of orders and returns between the warehouse and stores.
  • Identify damaged and expired products, and implement product rotation based on product code dates.
  • Follow all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch.
  • Maintain fixtures and equipment storage, and assist with bin location upkeep and the physical inventory process.
  • Review incoming orders and advise Merchandise and/or Warehouse Manager of errors and questions, and assist in resolutions when appropriate.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:

Supply Chain/Logistics experience.2+ years of managerial experience in a retail/warehouse environment.The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with subordinates.The ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.SAP experience is preferred.A High school diploma.Benefits
