About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and sales solutions to our customers in the hospitality, foodservice, and long-term care industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their operations are fully functional and teams are properly trained.
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundries and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
  • Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions, and provide emergency service to existing customers as needed.
  • Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry-related experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
