Key Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced real estate sales agent to play a key role on our team at Hamilton & Co. of Keller Williams.

The ideal candidate has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents.

  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand our clientele.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on clients is entered into our database system.
  • Qualify prospective clients and turn them into qualified real estate leads through continuous follow-up via phone calls and email.
  • Facilitate communication and add leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to demonstrate progress toward company goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree desired.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position.
Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000+ and opportunities for growth and development within our team.
