  • Expertise in designing and building large-scale enterprise applications
  • Strong background in data science, leading the creation of AI-driven software solutions
  • Significant experience with third-party platform integrations using standard protocols
  • Demonstrated history of technical leadership
Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Incubator team, the Tech Lead will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and subsequently design and oversee the development of prototypes and innovative products, often collaborating with external partners. Candidates should excel in fast-paced, uncertain environments with rapidly evolving technologies and inherent risks.

  • Full stack engineering expertise, including front-end technologies such as AngularJs and Bootstrap, as well as mid-tier technologies like Java, NodeJs, and Python
  • Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database systems
  • Understanding of cloud computing environments, applications, and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with both waterfall and Agile/iterative software delivery methodologies
  • Ability to convey information clearly to diverse technical and non-technical audiences

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual

You will oversee essential platform capabilities vital for the seamless integration of AI design architectures with cutting-edge technologies like web3, augmented, and virtual reality.
  • Utilize your technical expertise on diverse datasets within a leading developmental network in the industry. This role is integral to an AI/ML-focused incubator team composed of professionals in Product Management, Data Science, Product Design, Design Strategy, Engineering, and System Architecture, working collaboratively to develop features, products, and services that enhance investment outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
