Compensation & Benefits


This is a full-time position, and our Automotive Service Consultant will earn a competitive base salary starting at $15 per hour, with weekly payments. Additionally, there is a commission structure for meeting sales objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and articulate service offerings clearly
  • Assess customer requirements and foster lasting customer relationships
  • Thoroughly complete service documentation and secure customer repair approvals
  • Communicate vehicle service requirements to customers and review all repair and maintenance options
  • Provide accurate estimates for requested services
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of repairs and maintenance
  • Document completed services and sales transactions accurately
  • Address customer concerns as necessary
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Familiarity with the automotive field
  • Ability to establish trust with customers and technicians
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
