**Main Responsibilities**
Whatyoull do for our customers:
As aCustomer Consultant, youll be engaging in conversations to find out ourcustomers needs, providing information to customers about the full range offinancial products and services that we offer. By really listening to andgetting to know our customers youll help them to review their circumstancesand proactively identify the most appropriate products to suit their needs, allthe while providing a straightforward, helpful service that lets yourenthusiasm shine through.
In our friendly working environment, youll play an important part in makingthe most of every conversation with every customer, face-to-face or over thephone. So, whether youre promoting a new product or resolving a problem,youll always place our customers needs at the heart of everything you do andprovide a first-class service every time.
