ROLE OVERVIEW

  • As a Nursing Center Assistant Manager (RN), you will oversee the provision of safe and high-quality dialysis care by supporting the Center Manager (CM) in managing the center's operations and delivering direct patient care. This role serves as a pivotal team leader, responsible for educating and mentoring the center staff as needed. In the absence of the CM, you will take charge of the center's daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience is required, including at least one year in hemodialysis nursing.
  • Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is preferred.
  • Education:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification for Healthcare providers (or obtained within three months of hire).
  • CNN or CDN certification is preferred.

COMPENSATION:

$105,000 - $135,000, plus potential for annual bonuses.

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per annum.
