Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Smiles and greets customers, answers customer questions, and helps resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operates front-end scanning equipment and cash register, performing all related check-out procedures, including properly and efficiently bagging merchandise and placing merchandise in customers' carts.
• Maintains accuracy during transactions, ensuring customers are charged for all items and appropriate funds are collected, including cash, checks, electronic payments, and coupons.
• Maintains knowledge of weekly ads, marketing promotions, and store layout to answer customer questions.
• Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines to ensure work areas, equipment, counters, display cases, etc., are well-maintained, clean, and meet all health and OSHA requirements.
• Ensures smooth function of the department and store by cooperating with coworkers and supervisors, responsible for continuously improving job performance.

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). No prior experience required.
