- Oversees deliverables and documentation as required, supporting Supermicro Solutions and Products organization.
- Provides solutions and products overview training to internal organizations, partners, and customers.
- Creates solution marketing programs and collaterals with marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field of study.
- MBA or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science or engineering preferred.
- 17+ years of work experience in related field, with 8 years in management highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and presentational skills, ability to present demo and solutions to large groups and C-level executives.
- Solid interpersonal (written and verbal communication) and project management skills, able to influence and lead dynamic groups in corporate environment efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge in server systems and solutions, able to influence and recommend customers with optimized solutions and provide internal teams on technical directions.
