Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Covenant Health (Tennessee). As a Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center, we offer state-of-the-art care that maximizes recovery from stroke.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense Medications: Responsible for dispensing medications of investigational drug trials to ensure proper study protocol procedures are followed.
  • Support Physicians: Provide support/consultative services to physicians, including ensuring secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, inspect nursing units regularly, and assist in preparing computerized patient care reports.
  • Community Education: Participate in community education programs to provide medication information.
