Job Summary

The Clinical Resource Nurse is a registered professional nurse who demonstrates expertise in labor and delivery nursing practice. This role involves providing clinical guidance and support to staff nurses, as well as participating in the development and implementation of standards of care and education programs.

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery nurse with a minimum of five years of overall professional-level Nursing experience and three years in Labor and Delivery setting. Active licensure from the State of Tennessee as a Registered Nurse is required, along with Professional Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing or equivalent specialty certification within 12 months of hire into role.

This is a full-time position working 72 hours per pay period on a night shift schedule, with rotating weekends/holidays on a six-week schedule. Our hospital has earned the 'BEST for Babies' award from the Tennessee Hospital Association and the Tennessee Department of Health, and we are proud to be part of a team that prioritizes patient-centered care and outcomes.
