About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Production Support Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Airborne Effector Production (AEP) Department, you will be responsible for delivering affordable and innovative electrical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production, testing, and integration issues.
  • Provide technical expertise in digital, analog, and RF testing, and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • Travel less than 10% annually to support production and testing activities.
What You Will Learn
  • Gain knowledge of various electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
  • Achieve a RTX Core Certification and a Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Certification.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior Engineering experience.
  • PhD can account for 5 years of experience as required for this position.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem.
  • Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS), Advanced Design System (ADS), Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer.
  • Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, inertial measurement units (IMU) and Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver subsystems.
