About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Production Support Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Surface Based Effector Production (SBEP) Department, you will be responsible for delivering affordable and innovative electrical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production, testing, and integration issues.
  • Provide technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, and preparation of detailed technical team reports.
  • Develop and implement Engineering Change Notices to improve production yield and efficiency.
  • Work independently and as part of a small technical team to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior Engineering experience.
  • Experience with digital, analog, and/or RF testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of RF / microwave devices preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystems.
  • Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS), Advanced Design System (ADS), Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer.
  • Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, inertial measurement units (IMU) and Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver subsystems.

  • A 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
