About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Production Support Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Surface Based Effector Production (SBEP) Department, you will be responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
  • Qualified candidates must have experience with digital, analog, and/or RF testing and experience debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of RF / microwave devices is preferred.

What You Will Learn:

  • One will gain knowledge of various electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
  • One will achieve a RTX Core Certification and a Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Certification.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior Engineering experience.
  • A PhD can account for 5 years of experience as required for this position.

Required Security Clearance:

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
