Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant accounting experience.

Role Overview: The Accounting Manager is accountable for establishing and upholding precise and timely accounting and financial principles, practices, and procedures for budgetary, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of accounting professionals to develop and enforce accounting systems, practices, and controls that adhere to acceptable accounting processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Contribute accounting insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews to achieve accounting objectives.
- Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of all financial information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with other finance department leaders to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze departmental operations to enhance efficiency while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to improve departmental workflow.
- Establish internal controls to maintain financial security.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as necessary.
- Analyze complex financial reports and records.
- Oversee internal and external audits to ensure consistent compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
