The Role

We're seeking a Retail Ambassador to join our team at our Upper West Side store. As a key member of our Retail team, you'll be responsible for providing an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy's customer. You'll own all day-to-day customer interactions, support our Retail Manager and Assistant Manager, and develop an expert-level understanding of our products and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in operational duties
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and processes
  • Elevate customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and community
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail or customer-oriented experience preferred
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining our brand aesthetic
  • Ability to foster connections with customers and contribute to meeting sales goals
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, minimum 16 hours a week
