As a Campus Safety Services Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff. You will oversee emergency preparedness efforts, including risk assessment, training, and communication with first responders and external partners.

This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to community partnership and respect. You will work closely with student affairs, campus safety personnel, and other stakeholders to promote restorative justice practices, conflict resolution mechanisms, and community-building efforts.

In collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams, you will develop and implement effective public safety and environmental health measures, aligning with the diverse needs and values of the university. You will also establish and maintain key partnerships across all LMU campuses and with external organizations to create a sense of security and inclusion.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in emergency management or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in the safety, security, and compliance field, preferably within higher education. They will possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire creative solutions with colleagues, constituents, leaders, and governance boards.

The estimated salary range for this position is $171,700 – $240,400.
