Job Overview

The Whalar Group is seeking a skilled Campus Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our innovative studios and common spaces.

About The Role

This key position involves performing routine inspections of the campus and its perimeters while supporting the coffee bar, scullery kitchen, and office spaces. The successful candidate will assist in setting up and dismantling equipment as required for special projects or events.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Inspections: Perform routine inspections of the campus and its perimeters to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Equipment Setup and Dismantling: Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment as required for special projects or events.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the scullery kitchen and other areas.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and audit inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishment when needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively communicate building issues and needed repairs to management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
