Staff Shuttle Driver

Gencare Lifestyle @ Pt. Ruston is a Premier IL/AL/Memory Care Senior Living Community in Tacoma, and a recent multiple US News & World Report Community Award Winner. We are seeking to add an amazing, energetic, and enthusiastic PART TIME Staff Shuttle Driver for our community.
Benefits:
Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours), if working over 19 hours per week 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment, First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program, quarterly raises for hourly employees, free CEU's, LPN and CNA annual license reimbursement, Free meal at work.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a current Washington State Driver's license and good driving record. (Class C W/P2).
- Will drive employees to and from the employee parking lot, visitor and resident parking monitoring, and desk duties assigned.
- Driver will have knowledge of transportation schedule and policies on towing cars as needed.
- Driver will keep all vehicles in clean and good operating conditions at all times.
- Driver will maintain the emergency book in a confidential manner. It is understood that the information in the emergency book is for emergency use only and will be kept in an inconspicuous place in the vehicle.
- Driver will follow the employee parking schedule without any exceptions.
- Driver will assist the Vitality department with duties that can be done between drop-off and pick-up times.
- Driver will notify the appropriate manager on duty of any and all driving incidents/accidents and will complete required accident reporting forms, including driver statement as soon as physically possible following such accident/incident.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum fulfillment with Criminal Background Checks and every two (2) years thereafter.
- 2 Step TB
- CPR/First Aid
- Food Handler's Permit
- Demonstrated aptitude with organization and management.
- Ability and desire to work well with people of all ages
- Fulfill responsibilities in a friendly, compassionate, and pleasant personable manner.
- Present self in a professional, clean, neat manner with good personal hygiene.
- Required to read, write, and speak the English language fluently with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
