Medical Equipment Coordinator

Pacific Medical, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Durable Medical Equipment Coordinator to join our team in Tacoma, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring that our medical centers have the necessary products available for treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily inventory management and product stocking to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment.
- Communicate with clinical staff to receive proper documentation for billable episodes of care.
- Perform measurement and application of orthopedic soft goods devices, such as CPMs, knee orthoses, spinal bracing, and ankle-foot orthotics.
- Screen calls and emails regarding patient status and report potential problems to respective physicians and other care providers.
- Act as a resource to nursing and therapy staff, providing in-service training as needed.
- Work under the supervision of nursing and therapy to provide care and service to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive 5-40% of the time
Compensation: $42,000-$60,000 annually with expense reimbursement for eligible driving expenses.
