Terminal Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a terminal, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods. The Terminal Operations Manager will be accountable for supervising a team of drivers, monitoring hours of service, and maintaining compliance with company and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote a culture of safety within the terminal
• Supervise driver performance to achieve incident-free deliveries
• Lead and manage staff personnel to meet performance goals
• Forecast terminal performance and take corrective action to meet expense and financial forecasts
• Engage with local customers to drive growth and enhance relationships
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in the transportation industry
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
