Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Residence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the residence program
  • Oversee intellectually and developmentally disabled adults, facilitating daily care and enhancing personal development
  • Partner with individuals to meet or exceed individualized goals for success
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $21.00 - $24.61 per hour, commensurate with education and experience

Requirements:
