Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at St. Clair Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating daily clinical and general office operations, personnel, and resources of the physician practice office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including personnel, resources, and budgets.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the physician practice manager to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the physician practice team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of office operations and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in a lead administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of personal computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of progressively more responsible healthcare management experience.
- Prior medical office experience.
