Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform service and warranty work in the field, ensuring seamless and integrated quality experiences for our customers.
  • Oversee quality and cost-effective installations, driving excellence in our operations.
  • Measure projects, process layouts, prepare orders, and provide information to relevant personnel, including Customer Service Representatives, Installers, Sales, and others.

  • Deliver product to job sites as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Cover, assist, and train in other areas, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Support efforts by all members of the Team to continuously improve departmental, location, and company performance, driving excellence in all aspects of our operations.
  • Maintain company vehicle and manage all related paperwork, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma with a certificate from a technical or trade school related to the building materials industry, with education beyond high school being a plus.
  • 5+ years of field experience in cabinet installation, service, order entry and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors.
  • Multifamily cabinetry experience is a must, with the ability to read project plans and drawings.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft products, with 2020 or other CAD experience being a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects, with the position requiring climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling objects.
