Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is actively looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and management of the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

You will also participate in facility inspections and surveys from regulatory bodies as requested by the administrator or nursing director.

Collaborating with the Quality Assurance Nurse, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of the quality assurance program within the nursing department.

Additionally, you will assist in creating, implementing, and periodically reviewing resident discharge plans.

Your administrative duties will include completing medical documentation, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.


Qualifications:
Previous experience in a long-term care environment is essential.
