Position Summary
We are seeking an on-site Client Engagement Specialist/Manager who will be stationed at our New York office, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients' creative teams.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in the printing sector, particularly in color digital printing and assembly. The role encompasses:

  • Direct collaboration with technical and creative teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Providing additional digital graphic or print design services, including reviewing client artwork, preparing files for printing, and managing press checks, mock-ups, and revisions based on client feedback.
  • Overseeing workflow scheduling and project management to guarantee timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Handling daily administrative tasks such as inventory management, supply procurement, maintaining small format printers, print finishing, and supporting conference room setups.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Familiarity with production equipment and materials.
  • Knowledge of bindery processes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in client interactions both over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
  • Effective communication skills for delegating tasks and explaining procedures to team members.
