Position Overview

This role is designed for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in nephrology. The successful candidate will engage with patients in an outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care for families, managing inquiries, and overseeing medication processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate medication reconciliation and prescription oversight.

Work Schedule

The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule during daytime hours, with possible on-call responsibilities and duties at additional clinic locations as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in pediatrics, nephrology, or dialysis.
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current BLS certification and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Arizona.
  • National board certification.
