Role Overview
The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing essential clinical support to sales representatives, facilitating the development of new business opportunities with healthcare professionals and medical facilities. This position involves delivering technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring the effective installation and maintenance of our innovative medical devices.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with physicians and clinical staff at designated sites, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing education regarding our products.
  • Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate and share in-depth knowledge of our medical devices, their applications, and procedural techniques.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive technical and educational training to healthcare professionals on the utilization of our products.
  • Case Assistance: Offer support during medical procedures, including operating room assistance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to relay product and market insights, aiding in product enhancement.
  • Clinical Resource: Act as the primary resource for clinical inquiries, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
  • Patient Engagement: Conduct follow-ups with patients to ensure successful outcomes with our implanted devices.
  • Business Development: Establish and nurture professional relationships with hospital staff.
  • Field Visits: Engage with customers and patients in various clinical settings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.
  • Experience in operating room environments.
