Role Overview
The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing essential clinical support to sales representatives, facilitating the development of new business opportunities and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. This position involves delivering technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring optimal patient care through the installation and maintenance of our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and clinical staff at designated sites, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness through ongoing education and clinical guidance on our products.
  • Demonstrate extensive clinical knowledge of the company's offerings, including their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.
  • Conduct training sessions for physicians and staff on the effective use of our products.
  • Provide in-depth case support, including assistance in Operating Room and procedural settings.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to relay product, clinical, and market insights to enhance product development.
  • Act as the primary clinical resource, offering troubleshooting, programming assistance, and patient follow-up for our products.
  • Ensure patient success with implanted devices through diligent follow-up.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital personnel.
  • Engage with customers and patients in various clinical environments, including hospitals and surgical centers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.
  • Experience in operating room environments.
