Role Overview
The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing essential clinical support to sales representatives, facilitating the development of new business opportunities with physician and hospital accounts. This position encompasses technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, and the installation and maintenance of our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and clinical staff at designated sites, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness through ongoing education and clinical guidance regarding our products.
  • Demonstrate superior clinical knowledge of our offerings, including their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.
  • Deliver technical and educational training to healthcare professionals on the effective use of our products.
  • Provide on-site support during procedures, including Operating Room assistance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to relay product, clinical, and market insights to enhance product development.
  • Act as the primary resource for clinical support, including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
  • Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and success with our implanted solutions.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with hospital personnel.
  • Engage with customers and patients in various clinical settings, including hospitals and surgical centers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.
  • Experience in an operating room environment.
